What is an NFC tag?
An NFC tag is a small, programable chip; they are often part of a sticker that is placed somewhere. Most modern phones support NFC. When NFC is enabled on your phone, you simply tap your phone to the chip and the chip will perform the function it's programmed to do – in this case, it will send you a notification that links you to the song on Spotify.
Please note, if you don't have NFC enabled on your phone, this action will not work, but you will still have a super cool looking keychain, and since you bought this keychain, you probably have other ways of listening to the song ;)
About "Amor Prohibido" by Selena
"Amor Prohibido" was released in 1994 as the title track of Selena's seventh studio album, written by her brother A.B. Quintanilla III. The song tells the story of a forbidden romance between people of different social classes — a narrative inspired by the real-life relationship between A.B. and his wife. It reached #1 on Billboard's Hot Latin Tracks and crossed over to mainstream radio in a way that few Tejano songs had before, helping to bring the genre to a national audience. The album Amor Prohibido sold over 400,000 copies in its first week and became one of the best-selling Latin albums of the decade. Selena was killed in March 1995, just months before her planned English-language crossover album was to be released. She remains one of the most beloved and influential figures in Latin music history, and the affection her fans carry for her — decades later — is something that simply doesn't diminish.
