Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable, and buyer pays return shipping except for apparel (unless, of course, we are at fault!)

For defective or broken items, send us a photo and we'll provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Most returns have no restocking fee, but returns containing more than 7 different items or more than 15 items overall may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
