Forestcore Mushrooms and Gnomes | Notebooks, Kitchen Towels, Jewelries, Plant Lovers Gifts

Gnomes have been guarding European gardens since at least the 1600s, when German folklore established them as subterranean earth spirits with a particular interest in protecting buried treasure and root vegetables. Mushrooms, meanwhile, have been doing their quiet, mycelial, underground-network thing for 715 million years — which makes them significantly older than most things we consider ancient.

More About the Collection

Forestcore is the aesthetic that honors both: the magical, the mossy, the deeply rooted, and the slightly feral.

This collection is for the people who feel most at home in the woods, who find mushrooms genuinely beautiful, who have a gnome somewhere in or around their living space and feel no need to explain it. Over 170 products spanning stationery, kitchen goods, jewelry, accessories, home decor, socks, bags, and more — all in the earthy, whimsical, forest-dwelling spirit.

Paper & Quartz and Peter Pauper Press bring the mushroom-themed notebooks and stationery. BlueQ delivers the forestcore kitchen towels and pouches. Primitives by Kathy and 47th & Main cover the home decor. Rachel O's adds the handmade mushroom and gnome fabric earrings. Velvet Claws brings the forest-themed hair accessories. Hemlock Goods and Fabdaz deliver the mushroom socks. Archie McPhee adds the delightfully weird gnome novelties. CoraCreaCrafts and Green Tree Jewelry bring the handmade forest-inspired jewelry. OTOTO covers the clever mushroom-themed kitchen tools, and Driftless Studios rounds out the wooden signs for the forestcore home.
