About The Birth of Venus by Sandro Botticelli
Botticelli painted The Birth of Venus around 1484–1486 for the Medici family in Florence — one of the first large-scale mythological paintings of the Renaissance, and one of the most recognizable images in Western art. It depicts the goddess Venus arriving on shore, born from the sea foam, blown by the wind gods Zephyr and Chloris. The painting broke with medieval convention by depicting a nude female figure with the dignity and idealization previously reserved for sacred subjects. It now hangs in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, where it has been since the 18th century.

We ship to nearly every country in the world with UPS International (3-7 business days) and DHL (1-3 business days)!
Items we cannot ship internationally include food, body products, liquids include lavatory mists, made to order apparel and drinkware, and wooden items if going to Australia. Nearly everything else can be shipped anywhere.
