When people ask why I'm a feminist, I tell them that it started young, because my mother is the definition of fierce. She worked full time as a physician, in a time period and as part of an ethnic culture where full-time working women are often frowned upon. Everyone knows that my mother and I are girly girls, but we're also feminists, academics, and general badasses (well, my mom definitely is). My mother is strong, and she deserves to be celebrated. So for Mother's Day, I found this company called Get Bullish, which sells amazing products for professional yet fun women like my mother (and me!). It's fierce with just the right touch of whimsical, including products like business tiaras and trophies.
